Join us Sunday, November 23, as the arkhé team welcome Paul Farag – Executive Chef of ESCA and AALIA, recently named Good Food Guide 2025 Chef of the Year – for a firey night of arkhé fun.

Paul is celebrated for reimagining Middle Eastern and Levantine cuisine through his Egyptian heritage, balancing ancient inspiration with modern technique. Together with arkhé, he’ll create a collaborative menu of four snacks, shared entrées, mains, sides, and petit fours.
