For this year’s Tasting Australia, we’ve invited the meat master himself - Martin Kjäll of Stockholm’s world-renowned Restaurant AG, into the arkhé kitchen.
Jake, Martin, and the arkhé team will create a multi-course menu celebrating Australian and Swedish flavours, cooked over open flame, with Mayura Station Wagyu as the hero.
